Hot Rods Spindles for straight axle

    Trying to find info on spindles for a straight axle to have rotors and calibers I have a 1955 chevy truck axle I am putting in a 1950 chevy business coupe thanks for any help

    You would probably be better off if you could trade the 55 axle for a 54, unless it is 1st Series 55 (same as a 54). 2nd Series 55 is a bit wider than the first series. The track width on the 54 and 55 1st series should be comparable to that on your 50 Chevy. Do Not mix your car spindles with your beam axle !!! The spindles are different inclinations. (see www.droppedaxle.com and read up on Chevy axles. Sid knows his stuff !!!
    Disc brake conversion can be had from ECI or just ask Sid................ Jeff
