SPOKANE GUYS- swap meet(s) this weekend

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Chris, Apr 28, 2009.

  1. Yeah, it's like a gay magnet :D

You just gotta be at the right place at the right time. Didn't get much today, an orriginal 29 Washington license plate, orriginal AR drum tailight, couple nice Cal Custom frogs mouth scoops, set of nice 32 spindles cheap, and my best score- a complete oak wood kit for a 28/29 roadster, new, for 10.00!!! I almost passed it up because I figured there was something wrong with it. glad I didn't!
See you guys tomarow, I'm broke so don't worry ;)

He does that, or sometimes he sniffs out all the good deals. Tracks them like a hound. Logan and I are usually getting a couple of tacos, while my brother runs around getting all the good stuff. Dan, didn't you say you only wanted to go with us to see how my brother dose it?

  7. All I bought today was a 5.00 K-D TRIFLEX tailight lens for a 38-39 Ford. Will match the other I have.
    My Dad bought this, though!

I hit the Tri-Cities swap meet yesterday. I ended up buying a pair of decent doors and two repairable front fenders for an AD Chev pickup. One of the front fenders was a 54 and had the park light depression filled with bondo. I'll save that for the "look at the bondo they put on that" thread.

I got there about 1230 and a lot of the venders were loading up and heading out. In fact I caught the guy with the doors and fenders outside the gate as he was figuring out how to tie stuff down.

I didn't see too many cars that got me excited and there weren't that many decent parts for sale, at least at a civalized price.
