Projects Spot to Wrench in Santa Barbara

I just moved to Santa Barbara and am looking to bring my 1930 Ford 5-window Coupe project down to start the build. It's in the very early stages, it's not a roller (yet), basically right now I just have the body and a pinched 32' frame. Unfortunately I don't have a garage or anywhere to put it to start wrenching on it. I know it's a long-shot, but I'm hoping to connect with someone who may have some property or a spot to do the build. Thank you!
