  1. 357.jpg I was just wondering what HAMB members are going? I usually go on Thursday or Friday. If you see my LOW UFO tag ? Say Hi :)

Hoping to go but weather dependent. Years ago it was worth walking in drizzle and cold but it's not what it used to be-and neither am I

The call is for rain right now on Thursday and Friday, but what the hell do these weather people know? They get a paycheck no matter right or wrong.

Weather.com says 65 degrees, 24% chance of rain Thu/Fri. We'll see. but, hell, it's April in Pennsylvania-it could be snowing groundhogs.

Weather.com=65 degrees, 50% chance of rain. Sounds like Carlisle in April but stay tuned.

Luckily, the rain was much slighter than originally anticipated for today. Now, it's supposed to rain around 11:00 or midnight, which is a great time for it.

Went yesterday. A good day until 2 pm when the rain came but got stuff (Check out the free stuff at Hemmings) and I thought food prices were reasonable. I was pleased with the crowd and the number of vendors, but the car corral seems like mostly newer stuff these days. There was a huge line to get into Gate 6 (we always use 5) -what was that about? And what looked to be a very bad accident/tie-up on 81N which we avoided-hope those folks were OK.
    Good low-paced day overall.

All went pretty well save for Friday - cold, miserable, rainy but the Friday buyers were there regardless. Met a bunch of nice HAMB folks because as is the case now there, we were some of the few vendors with any early stuff …..

Saturday was a great weather day at Carlisle. There was a good crowd, and more vendors stuck around for the last day. The vendor count had to be up from the last several years. What a great way to spend the day.

Glad you had a good day. I saw those signs and figured they were "resto-mods" All of light sockets ere the same and repainting had been done
