I'm running Sprint style headers on my T and its time for new mufflers.
Easy to get at 1-800-whatever, but it has me thinking about the different ways people made their own versions, both headers and muffs.
I'm thinking it would be nice to use some of the older ideas when I do my mine because I'd really like to change from this generic stuff if at all possible!

Anyone have some cool pictures they could post here of various styles and versions used back in the 50's and 60's?

Well...kinda hoped this might take off...but I guess not! Oh well...
Not looking for lakes headers, cones and stuff Gimpy, but thank you regardless!
Was hoping for maybe some scanned magazine pages etc from the early days of T buckets and the like with homemade sprint or roadster headers, to see how they approached the homemade muffler setup mainly...but also the overall look on the car.
I have the generic speedway motors style of sprint headers now and I was hoping to make them less generic looking and also put them farther back into the early 60's way of doing things.
