So.. What the hell is there to do in St. Louis? I'll be there for two weeks (mid -October) and the last place I want to hang out is in the hotel bar...

Any cool greaser/punk bars? Any cool shops I should check out?

And no.. I'm NOT going to check out East St. Louis

 

Why not? You can have TONS of fun there. Where are you staying at? Are you gonna be downtown or in the outer laying areas?

my only advice is don't go threw the town at night & if you do just don't stop at the stop signs & lites, just slow down, look & go......

 

Well ajs88 asked, where you gonna be staying at? Thats gonna help as far as what to do as far as bars go. I'm not too much help as far as downtown goes, I rarely make it that far.

Doug Jenkins Custom Hot Rods = cool shop
Motorrad of St. Louis = my shop (bikes, mainly German and vintage)
Jack Patrick's = dive bar, good pours, pool tables
Schlafly Tap Room = great beer brewed on site
Hi Way Bar = super dive, cheap beer, best Jukebox in the city

What else you into? Guitar shops? Record stores?
