Can some of you guys with stake bed trucks (pre-50's) show me some pics of how your mud flaps are mounted? Looking for some inspiration for my '49 KB-3 project. Doing some minor frame repair before it gets sandblasted and painted. Figured would be a good time to take possible needs into consideration.

No pics, but I've mounted several with bracket(s) off the bed crossmembers. If there is one in the right place, a simple strap or angle and bolts will do it. If they are not in the position you want the flaps to be you can add a couple of light angles or straps between the one too far forward and the one too far back and attach your brackets to that.
