Starting to build my 1930 Ford pickup

Ill add more later , just got back from buying my 51 Flatty.

 

It already looks built.

Excellent raw material to start with, looks like a real clean truck.

It's hard to imagine how you could construct a pickup from that pile of rubble. A bunch of guys here are envious. At least seven of them are me.

I worked on and watched the sun rise .......

 

now im going to mock u the motor and and later today go and ick u my rearend ... it should be roller by next week.

I know but it the truth . I'm building a daily driver. definetly a HOTROD not a rat rod .........

When mounting the engine to the chasis is there a specific degree that the motor needs to be on from front to back

 

Im thinking the manifold where the carb mounts needs to be level.

 

thanks that what i did ...... unloaded the rear end and going to get it ready for install

 

what spline can i use from the back of my transmission to my driveshaft .

 

the should be on by the end of the week
