I've always wanted a 32 or so roadster and finally figured I'd go ahead and build one. I found a decent 37 flathead and that's all I have to start. The block is being cleaned up at the machine shop now and I'm planning on converting to 12 volt, electronic ignition (I'll need ehlp with that) and running an AOD tranny. I'm a repairman at the Ford plant where the C-4 was built and I'm pretty decent with those if anyone needs help.
When I get a drivetrain together I'm just going to go to Brookville Roadster and get a chasis/body, just plain don't have the skills to fix 75 year old sheetmetal.
I have a 51 pickup with a 239 in it, although I didn't build the engine. I bought it when I was 17 and promised it would be ready next year for about 20 years, I'm sure a few of you are familiar with that....

I'm going up to Columbus in the morning looking for an AOD or a C-4 to hang behind the flathead. If you've never been, it's a great show, more towrds muscle cars than antiques, but you never know what you'll find.
