  1. Is there going to be a HAMB friendly parking area for those of us that drive hot rods but don't plan on racing? HRP

    Here now......great show!!!!

  11. I got there about 9:00AM and got to talk to a bunch of Hambers and knew when I left home I had to leave around 2:00PM,,I had just started watch the drags and around 12:30 my cell rang and the voice on the other end ask was I Danny?,,I said yes,and the guy said my daughter had been in a accident and I needed to call home right away,,I tried but to no avail,,no signal.

So nothing to do but load up and get down the road and try to call home,,I probably drove 30 miles before I was able to get through to my wife,,she told me Melissa was with her but she would call Melinda,,,she called me back and she was ok and had not been in a accident ether,,nor was my granddaughter.

What kind of sick SOB would do something like that!:mad:

I am happy that my girls had not been in a accident but pissed I had to cut what was going to be a short day even shorter.

My apologies to Tom,Tom,Harry & May for not taking the time to find you and let you know what was going on.

And Deuce,,I tried repeatedly to call,no signal. HRP

I just got home from the show. One of the best I have seen in a while. Great job to all who made it happen. I will be back next year for sure. Unfortunately I did see Delton around 9:30 am...My retinas may never be the same ...and no I did not look twice.

  20. Found one more. That's all for now.

Had a great time ... lots of cool people and some pretty fast cars too.

Saw a lot of HAMBers ... and the 427 Ford made 3 or 4 decent passes. It REALLY needs more rear gear ratio.

He bought some parts and pieces this week so next trip to the drags ... the 427 will run and lot harder with the new lower gear ratio.

    And a few more.

  28. Holy Fuck!!!

Curtis and the boys did it again! This time HUGE!!!

It is the best show in the south. Period. It was 2 1/2 times it's size this year, I swear.

You couldn't ask for a better venue. The cars were perfect and so many were fast. I can never get tired of watching vintage cars on the track.

The Geargoyles are an amazing group of guys. They really know how to pull off a great show. Theses guys are professionals. All their hard work was really noticable.

It is great that the Iron Lords were able to be there and hang with our brothers from the Sock Fuckers. You guys are the bestestest (new word...).

    Thanks alot Geargoyles.

  29. Good to meet you...didn't get any shots of the white bubble top. That red & white Impala was a real nice car. 59 Chevy Impala hardtops are among my favorites.
