steel wheels

i finally got myself a set of steel wheels. they need to be painted, i want to go with black,after i sandblast em what are the steps i should take to get the best job i am planning on running trim rings with bullet lugs and cente cap thanks vinny

 

After you blast them, if they don't need any surface imperfections fixed, you just need corrosion protection-- wash primer. Then seal/base/clear.
