Steering Box Identification please and adjustment info

here are some pics of my steering box, any info on what kind of box it is also any info on adjusting it will be appreciated. Thanks

I think is one of the '37-48 Ford ones, all the same except length of shaft.
It wants 90 or 140 axle lube, by the way, and will be unhappy on grease.
