My tie rod angle is terrible… I’m running a reverse corvair steering box but the pitman arm is 12” lower than the knuckle… The solution would be to reverse the pitman arm to go 12 o’clock out of the steering box however the truck would steer backwards if I did this. Is there a steering box that would go in place of my reversed covair box to make this right?

An unreversed Corvair box might bolt in.

Corvairs have a weird tilted mounting foot. I bet it wouldn’t be a direct fit.

Thanks to all that replied, looking at the mustang box and it looks like it may solve my dilemma.

Was a popular option, before the Vega box took over.
