I hate to ask something this small and dumb but I have a 1962 F100 3 bolt pattern type steering wheel and was wanting to get a different steering wheel. I need a 17" since i dont have power steering but cant find anything with a 3 bolt thats 17" that isnt goofy looking. Id love to get like a 40 Ford steering wheel and put it on but it obviously wont fit. Is there some type of adapters or anything that I can use to put a later type steering wheel on?

I see no one is jumping on here but I have to, I have your truck 1 year younger sister (same color combo 63 Uni). If you have the original column the 3 bolt adapter sould come off. IMHO you can't a stock wheel, especially if you get the horn ring off of a custom cab. It's what I'll run in mine. Kinda pricey but everything, the wheel, horn ring/cap is availible repop if you can't find good used.
