Steering wheel replacement????

I have a 54 chevy pickup and would like to replace my tired old steering wheel with a new updated wheel. I still have the stock steering column and would prefer to keep it rather than buy a new column. Can anyone tell me what parts I'll need to purchase in order to replace the old wheel with a new type? the one attached.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction?
