Had a terrible argument with insurance co of a kid that rear ended me on my bike . All I ask for was fix what they destroyed . Came down to a treat to call an attorney , back was hurting more daily . Adjuster says “ I think I understand , payment check is on the way . “ This should never have had to take place . Insurance companies suck ! Adjusters bonus is based on how much they save the company . Most newer policies say replace with used or aftermakert parts . This pisses me off , policy never lowers , car value drops and can be repaired with non stock parts . Really ?
