Long story short, my father was a stock car driver in the DC area in the 60's and 70's. His name was Thomas Swartz. He went by Tommy. I really don't have much information other than that. I'm trying to find out more, but I'm having trouble contacting that side of the family. I'll post any more info if I find out.
