Found something sort of... I saw some land that was being cleared and when the trees n brush were gone this was sitting there. I think it is a '35 ford 5 window? Not alot there but I think it's work saving and I'm trying to get it. What do you all think?

    Cheers!

That car deserves a better fate than being crushed or cut apart for scrap. That's rolling history right there we'll never see again.

Looks like a '35 to me, but I'm no expert....

Definately drag it home though! If you do some research, you might be able to find some history or pictures of that car from back in the day...

    Did you get this yet?

  14. Agreed, '35 or '36 Ford, same body shell both years. If it's sitting on the original frame, check the serial number against the list at www.flatheadv8.com to see which year it is. Serial number is on top of left frame rail anywhere between the front crossmember and firewall but usually right beside the steering box mount.

After careful thought to this, looks can be deceiving. That frame could be off almost anything, or, 100% custom tube frame, which was bent way too far at the firewall. While the car is old I have to question how much of it is really classic vintage tin.

That may be a body stuck on a chassis, not an actual car that ran. I'd save it for the body, not a stock car restoration. Bob

Looks like the motor has been removed, perhaps afterwards they just sat the body back on and that is what we're seeing as a bent frame??
Looks like fun, ask around maybe it's got some history.

Looks like a Chevy framed modified, and from the look of the swept back rollbars had a later body on it...the Ford body was just dropped on the chassis. Wouldn't throw any of it away however, even the running gear would be useful to someone.
