Stovebolt TECH: 58-62 side mount adapted to 53 frame towers

    Should also mention that the fit of the mount on the right side is very tight between the distributor and the crankcase vent can. I had all that stuff off the engine when I made the mounts so I basically lucked into having it fit. That said, if you center the hole in the hat with the hole in the rubber on the frame tower you'll be ok.

    Also to note on the right side is the fact that the crankcase vent hole is raised out from the block and you'll need to make the mount plate narrow enough to miss it. I notched it for test fitting the plate. After I trimmed everything off that would be outside of the gusset I was well away from it anyway.

    hey slow64 congrats on the successful swap and motor mount build
    dammmm near the same thing i did

    so what did you decide to do with the radiator and water pump issue

    if you want let me know via pm and ill post up a few pics of what i did to give you an idea
