Straight 8 Twin Turbos

I Was Watching Car Crazy On The Speed Channel And They Showed A 51 Buick That Had The Original Straight 8 With Twin Turbos And It Put Out Over 400 Hp. Anybody Else See It Or Have Some Ideas Of How They Did It. I Think That Would Be Cool On My 50 Buick Sedanette.

I'd like to try that with a chevy 6 . It sounded like the owner did it himself..?? PAUL

 

Was the car black with a painted white top? I think it was featured in a OSR mag before.
