OP, it would help if you could get a straight on shot of the front. Stand far enough back to show both front wheels. Camera at about axle height. that removes questions about angle of view influencing the apparent wheel angle.
I can’t tell from that photo but like you said if this is the angle there is a issue. Looking at the steering arms they are bolt on. Is it possible that the spindles are upside down? Possibly?
Just a thought. Not enough to see in that one photo. Plus I would imagine it would be more drastic then that but who knows. Just a thought.
Went though the front end today , nothing loose or broken. Bearings are good . I’ll have to check alignment another day ( too hot today).
An easy check on toe in is to run your hand across the tread. You should not feel any sharpness to the tread. If you hand feels sharpness when your hand is going out, you have too much toe in. Sharpness going in, toe out. I am kind of curious and check toe in on cars at runs. A lot are off. I made a trammel out of a piece of pipe and some sleeves with paddles welded on. Some bolts with crossbars to clamp the sleeves. Jack up the car and mark the tire center lines. It is very accurate
On my race car I had to weld one of the shackles or you couldn’t drive it with the “reversed” eyes on the buggy spring.
