I was looking for some info on having a straight axle bent. I have a straight axle from a 46 Chevy truck that already has a drop to it. Is it possible and safe to have the drop incressed and would it also decrease the track width of the axle by do so ? I am installing it in a 64 Comet wagon and it fits ok but would be better if it had more drop and was a little narrower. Thanks for any info on having this done, Jim.
