Does having the engine and not a ride to put it in count?

 

I've still got the 215 in my '52 mainline. I'll be installing my dual exhaust next week.

Here's my 230 in my 64' Belair.I've had a rebuilt 283 for 2 years now ready to go in;but I just can pull a perfectly good engine.

 

I got the original re-built 194 6 in my Acadian. Runs great! If and when it goes, I will replace it with a hopped up 250 6. I have people tell me I should put a SBC in it...and make it another cookie cutter Acadian/Nova? Will not happen as long as I own my car.

I wanna play! 1958 235 in my '51 Chevy.

 

Got a 239 straight six in my 51 Chieftain. I have yet to hear her run in the last 10 years but I have high hopes for this weekend.

 

'58 235 in mine. Dual carbs, and soon to have dual exhaust. Mated it to a new s10 trans and monte carlo rear. Haven't driven her yet, but should be very soon. I've been waiting on enough.

 

Chevy 235, Nicson intake, Dempsey Harris Cam, mated to a t5 overdrive trans in my wifes 36 chevy pickup now.

 

A buddy's Its a Ford tho. This one ran in the 12.s at round up last year.

Those are Holley 1904s. They came on Fords and IHCs. Most years had the zinc bowl.

 

'53 210 with 235 here. ....in the proccess of making her pretty. I'll post some pics when ready.

Been running a hopped up 292 with 3-dueces for over 15 years. Love the sound, power and the looks on people's faces .

 

Running the stock I6 in this one as long as I can... I'm torn when it comes time to change her out if to stay 6 or move up...

still have the 216 in my 37 chevy town sedan.... looking for headers and dbl carb intake. figure ill run it until it dies then go up to a bigger 6

 

I am going to keep the stock 6 in my 51 chevy till it dies.It runs great with no smoke or rattles.I got an S10 5 spd to go behind it for highway speeds.I cant wait to roll it!
