Sorry but the mockup looks a bit like a "pro street" 72 Vega to me. I don't think this one needs so much rubber rake.

Agreed. I might radius the rear wheelwells, but not necessarily. It definitely would look good closer to the ground. Here's the build style I might aim for. But that's just my two cents! [emoji14][IMG]

Man, that body is a super rare and pristine piece of history! Please don't screw it up making some kind of "cartoon car" out of it. A chassis with the wheels inside the wheel openings, not radiused like a gasser, would be a far more tasteful approach.

I know opinions differ, and I know it's your car.....just hoping you will consider other options before using the sawzall on it.

Guy's.... I was just rolling tires By the body on the jig! Nothing is Even thought out in direction yet, And this body should Seriously probably be sold to that one collector that has everything, Or is Really looking for one, I bought it because I could, but the more I think about the project's in front of it.. The more I think it should be in the "Rite" hand's... Thought's as of now...

I just heard about a thousand mile race in Mexico. Starts in Tijuana and ends in Cabo San Lucas or where ever you make a serious mistake. Open to vintage cars to 1973 as well as newer cars with proper safety equipment. its called Historic Peninsular rally
