Here is an illustration I did to show some modifications for a first-genration Econoline. Same basic thing. I look at it now and think, "gawd, that's tacky," but I still like the front end, minus the spots. Think metalflake and fogged paint.

I'd put Chrome wheels, baldy caps and red line tires on it.
At least that's how I envision "my" second generation, fire engine red, no shiny grill, short wheelbase, windowless, Ford delivery van.

"my" Meaning, if I ever got one....

Haring, that drawing is just bad-***. Has that lucha-libre mexican wrestler demon vibe to it. Looks awesome.

It would be something really different, and if my dad and me still build a drag bike this would be a perfect hauler for it.

Hey- welcome to the Club! I've got a 67 A100 pickup that i've been using for a parts chaser. I love these trucks. The van you've got doesn't appear to be an A-100 though. There was also a model called the A-108 and available in the vans only. The difference is the A-100 has a 90 inch wheelbase and the A-108 has a 108 inch wheelbase. What's in yours for an engine? 318 or slant 6? Here's a pic of mine. Fargo

That red one isn't the one I'm looking at. The one I want is an A-100 with a 225 slant and a 904 TF in it. But I still need to get id of my bike to get it [IMG] .

Of course Velma might not be too interested in you, but I'm sure she'd give Daphne some attention. [IMG]
