During my dream the doors on the roadster stayed shut, must not be driving it hard enough. LOL!! Ya going to be around next Friday? We will be running around the area.

I'll stop by B-Scotts on the way to pick up the gear. I don't want to disgrace a roadster.

It's starting to look like I might not be able to make it (new baby 5 weeks ago), and if I DO make it it's starting to look like I might not be driving my car (which is being held hostage by an upholsterer with no sense of time management)! Pray for me.

Do we need to pray for ya because of the newborn or the hostage situation?
Both of them are serious. Family has to come first, that is why I'm not at the
    Round Up.

    BOTH!
The boy is fine: 6 weeks old this Tuesday, still wakes up yelling every couple hours all night long but otherwise a great little future kustomizer. The only prayers needed there are that my loving wife still believes she can handle him alone for 36 hours when May rolls around.

The car...well...I may or may not have it by May. Which is frustrating because I dropped it off 6 weeks ago for a "couple days" job!! A headliner. That's it. My car sat until Saturday, when he finally got around to pulling it into his shop. At this rate it'll still be waiting and I'll be rolling into town stylin' a late-model "car."

Sorry, i'm Past time for an update..

Currently we have 240 pre-entries which is more then we had this time last year. We are
going to go over the 500 mark. We are blocking more streets to accommodate us this year.
We have room to park approximately 650 cars, which should be enough for this year. The
Kats feel like we can increase the size of the show and still keep the social part of the show.

This year Roger Ward will win our inspiration award, and the tribute is coming together.
Jeff Myers has volunteered to paint the trophy and knowing Jeff it will be kool. We've had
a lot of calls about the tribute, Roger has inspired a lot of people.

Today, Aaron and Rod Baughman helped WL Martin get his 49 chevy five window pickup
out of his shop. you could call this a barn find kustom. 4 inch chop, 4 inch section with a
3 inch channel. Got to hear it run this afternoon. Wow, what a truck! The guys will be
working hard to get the truck running for this years show. Been in his garage for over
twenty years. Stay tune for pictures.

Guys are calling for hotel information.

Hey Mick, sorry to be a bore, but I would like to bring my 39 chevy tribute car this year. She's not a sled or a fire breather, just an old original. Is this going to be acceptable this year?

Anything kool is welcome and your tribute car is purrfect for the show.
Can't wait to see it. One of the kool aspects of the show, you will never
    know what will show up.

    Happy Trails, Mick

Sure was good seeing you guys thursday, kinda embarr***ing bout the 50, but welcome to the world of hotrods and kustoms, turned out to be a simple linkage issue, 5 minute deal. Been running the wheels off of her this weekend to get ready for the 500.

LOL. If the last few parts don't show up, that will be the only way it will make the show. I think I have it the bag though....as Murphy and his laws walk in the door. LOL. Waiting on a wire from Ron Francis and a brake pedal arm. I did hook up the battery for the first time yesterday and nothing smoked and everything worked. Now if I only had brakes.....

W.L's truck will be making his debut this year. It hadn't been out of his garage in over
25 years. 100% Home built; 4 inch section, 4 inch chop, 4 inch channel and a lot kustoms
    touches. Very Kool!!

Hope you have a little room left. We're planning on cruising up early Saturday morning. Haven't made it the last couple of years, I'm really looking forward to it.
