@straykatcuztoms, thanks for the photos. I didn't realize there were two events in Dewey. How are they different? Or how a they similar? Hope to make it there one day. Phil
We were going through social withdrawals and we miss all of our Kustom and Hot Rod family. When Kustom Kemps of America had to cancel their show. We made the decision to have a Stray Kat Reunion. This was our first time for the Reunion. One day get together, no entry fee, no trophies, no bands, DJ, Goody bags etc., We had only three weeks to put it together so we didn't know what to expect. Needless to say we had a blast last weekend and it turned out to be a mini Stray Kat 500. We are hosting the Lead Ain't Dead show, it will be Sept 11 & 12, 2020. It is a Kustoms only but we have parking for our Hot Rod friends. This is our third year and we usually have cars all over the mid-west attend the event. We have a good time and the City of Dewey is family friendly with a city park and numerous antique stores. If any one would like more info just check out our web site www.straykatkustoms.com or send me a message. Happy Trails, Mick
Phil Stray Kat 500 was great when I did it in 2018 in the Hudson. The event is in Dewey but you stay in Bartlesville a few miles down the road. I got so busy with cars in 2018 I forgot to check out the famous Frank Lloyd Wright skys****er(the only one he designed) which is now a hotel.
