Bags?!? Bags are for groceries!! Just take the springs out!! LOL!

Here is a couple pics (of the 500+) I took. I am trying to set up a photo account sometime soon.

The knuckle draggers hyjacked the planes!!

Oh, and the piston and rod came out of my Camaro and was the first (junk parts!) turbo engine in it. Ran high 10's and had 500+ RWHP and 650 RWTQ and finally broke the skirts and split the cyl wall at about 17,000 miles! Thanks for posting a pic, I forgot to take one of it!

Thanks for the kind words and it was kool to actually get the chance to hang out with you
Friday night. We only give one trophy per car and if that wasn't our rule you would have a
had brought back more to Nebraska. You were on everybodys list. That was a good thing for a change. ha,ha,ha,..

Glad ya guys made it home Ok...

    Happy Trails,

OK Gary (HotRodRoadster)...and Paul (PovertyFlats)...what do you want...??? With those kind of compliments, I know both of you want something from me and my bro...what is it...???

I do thank you for the compliments tho...and Gary, the award is well deserved...your wagon is nice...I even like the grille :rolleyes:.

The '59 Caddy we went to look at Sunday in KC is a "parts" car...it suffers from that Kansas disease --rust -- even the fins were rusty...but it is all there...!!!

I did find another '55 in the "junk pile" in western Kansas in a small town on a two-lane highway and may pursue that one...

All in all, the "Starliner" was a great event and we'll be back next year...with a new engine in the '55 Caddy... It just made its last trip...I had to buy a case of oil in Wall-Mart to get home on...

I was wondering if ya guys go home ok? Too bad about the '59. I figured if your
motor got to bad Dan could tow ya the rest of the way and still probably get good
gas mileage. Thanks for driving all that way to hang out with us. We had a blast and
it is kool to hear ya guys did to.

You about got me in trouble Saturday night. Renee saw you guys eating without me
and I told her that I was spending the night to eat with the Colorado guys...Doohhh!
Good thing we've been married for 26 years I had to talk fast or I would have been a
real Stray Kat. Ha, ha, ha...

Kool to hear that you got home alright.

    Happy Trails,

    Mick

HAHAHAHAHAHA...you deserve that...especially when I ***umed it was just you, I, and Dan going out to eat...instead of going with 38 other people...I should have known that you finding an extra two hours to eat with us would be difficult...

I just couldn't handle the 45 minnit wait time...and Carlos O'Kelly's version of Mexican food...I'm not a fan of Applebee's, but we walked right in and got seated...and the steak I had was excellent.

One of these first days we will have that meal together...

Had a great time at the event. As per usual, you put on a great show and the venue was outstanding...and the garage krawl was a blast...

Yeah, we got home OK...and Dan didn't have to tow me...almost ran out of gas in Western Kansas but made it to the station and put in 17.1 gallons...can you say "low"...??? My Caddy does not get 20.8 miles per gallon as Dan's does...

Good thing Western Kansas is flat. One hill and you would have been using Dan's Trophy can.

Ha Ha, well nothing now but maybe in the future some more tech info.
Sorry to hear the Caddy wasn't quite what you were looking for but glad you made it back home safe. Gary
