Stripped out Spark Plug hole!!! Help.

This happened to me in a 2000 GMC I owned. I pulled the head and carried it into the machine shop, the tech said "We could'a fixed that while it was on the truck..." I could have shit! What a pain in the ass it was to pull that head!!! But I did learn a very good lesson. Pretty cheap for them to do the insert, I think around $40 or so. it's been a few years. Good luck!
