Stroking a 58 365 cad motor

As the rods appear to be the same,Fitting a 390 crank in a 58 365 block,apart from the pistons what else is needed/recommended to be changed.I have already read and been advised about the heads and valves but has anyone actually done this on here.All the threads regarding Cads don't seem to touch this one.All advice appreciated.
