Hot Rods Stromberg 97 Jetting

I have a Stromberg 97 on a downdraft Ansen manifold on my Model "A". It has a Miller Hi-Speed head and header.Can anyone give me a ballpark idea what main jet I should run?

Experience tells me the banger would be happy with .044 mains and #69 powervalve, at or near sea level.
