upload_2022-7-6_17-9-33.jpeg Hi I’m looking for a reputable Stromberg carburetor rebuilder. I have a Weiand 4x2 setup on my sbc 302. I need the carbs gone through and re jetted to get a base line for the setup. I’m planning on having them chrome plated. I know genuine Stromberg 97 sells new ones but I’d like to go with originals.

Max did my 3. The very fast service. The only problem wasn't his fault but he fixed it right away. I wasn't home for the delivery and the postman threw the box over the fence and it landed on the only rock around and bent one of the rods. I asked Max if I should just straighten it but he sent me a new one right away. Great service.
Oh also he had my carbs done and I asked him how he wanted to be paid. He told me "the bill will be in the box just send me a check when you get them". I couldn't believe it nobody does that anymore. Well needless to say I sent that check as fast as I could.

I was talking with Clive at Stromberg a couple weeks back and he said they have had horrid experiences with local chrome shops to the point that they are considering removing the chrome option from their catalog. Plan on chroming your own.
