   Looking for a base casting for a Stromburg carb. Carb is on a 49 Dodge. It's a BXVES-3. The old one is shot. Leaking around throttle shaft, and I believe the mixture screw seat is screwed up. Thanks

   @carbking would most likely have an answer for you. You could install bushings on the throttle shaft to tighten it up.
