Studebaker hot rod?..anyone know this car

Does anyone have any info about this car. It seems to be a studebaker that someone split right down the middle & narrowed it plus removed the fron fenders. It was at the hunnert car pile up in 08. you can see the car in the video below..you 1st see the car at 4:10 on the vid and you get a good drive by shot of it at 7:30 on the vid.

any info and or pics on this car would be great.
