History Stump the Chumps!! Horn ring whatzit?

Got this of the evilbay, dont have a clue what its off of.




Had 2 old timers come by today and they had no idea either.



it will fit in a shoebox wheel but nothing other than the retainer lines up.

anyone got any guesses?

That one looks nice...most are super pitted

 

its got a couple pits and couple cracks, still usable though. Not bad for 10 bucks!

 

I thought it looked familiar,I got one of those on my coupe
