Stupid Question Time: 40 in a 37?

Just a quick question.
I have a '37 Ford coupe and was wondering if a '40 Ford dash is practically a bolt-in situation?

I've got a 37 dash and a 40 pickup, Im not goin run it in the truck but was just courious to the size and shape compared to the pickup dash. The dash in the pickup dosen't unbolt like a passenger car, its made to the cab. Anyway, I set the 37 dash on top of the 40 dash just for shits and grins and looks like it would be a easy fit.
