Ok guys, FNG newbie stupid question time!

I have seen pictures of H.A.M.B. decals on cars. Are they available? If so, where can I get them?

  2. You can't unless someone takes pitty on you.:D
I had a couple but my last one went to calif to a friend. Maybe someone still has one. They were a pretty limited order, a kind of a one time thing.

LMAO. I'd rather see some more t-shirts... (not so subtle hint.)

  7. 4 or 5 years ago, Speedfreak from Chicargo made some up and sold them on the HAMB but most of 'em are gone now. I put mine on magnetic tape so I can move them from car to car....

There are lots of things we could have. I don't think it is Ryan's intent to "commercialize" the HAMB. I am pretty sure that a "gift shop" could be easily set up, it's the running of it that is the rub. It may be more of a headache for him than it is worth. I was the accessory chairman for a large car club, it is work, but not insurmountable. You just need to be able to track your vendors. The best way to run one would be to buy an inventory and sell them off, that would have to be a pre-buy. A set number of shirts is usually required, everyone prepays, not enough buyers then no shirts. But if there is, roll the profit (there has to be one) back into the gift shop so it can buy more stock. Then the gift shop could run on it's own henceforth and profits put toward the bandwidth.

I think shirts would be cool. No ".com" or anything- just "H.A.M.B." & a design of some sort. I like the simple shifter knob pattern from the stickers made recently. That way members would spot eachother easier, & guys out of the loop wouldn't know just what the HAMB is.

Whats the "official" verdict on home-made HAMB stickers? I've been thinking of making one thats just the letters H-A-M-B, but wouldn't want the Barons trashing my truck for illegal contraband if it were parked outside Fudruckers in San Antonio........

You can get koozies made really cheap about a buck a peice I think and a min. order of a hundred. My wife and I had beer koozies made up for our wedding with our names and the date in a little heart, it was pretty bad ass. My folks didn't quite understand, but oh well.

Here's the one I came up with. I need to figure out how to make it into a decal.

And--you should be aware that HAMB collectibles and HAMB nostalgia items are PRICEY. Stuff from the last century is probably up there with Muroc timing tags and George Washington's false teeth.
We're pretty much cutting edge, and nostalgia happens FAST around here...

Nah, we would just buy you a Fudruckers Ostrich burger and take you to a local junk yard. We're junk hunters and taco eaters, not fighters.

I don't know, that ferocious tiger laying on the Corvette in the Barrons area at the Roundup had me scared pretty bad.........

  27. CJ: did you end up doing that next run? Remember the 50?

  28. Ferocious Tiger? Oh that was slick Willy posing for a mag shot on a Barbie car. Besides he's a Gear Grinder you definatly have us confused with someone else. I would not mind seeing the contraband though? Willy, I will split what he's got with you later just keep distracting him with the tiger pose.
