I’m gathering parts for my next build and was going to get an aftermarket chassis but that would set me back a chunk of change. I went on Gambino’s site and saw the Fat Man subframe kit and it’s priced not that far from a complete chassis (about half the cost). So now I’m debating on just finding a subframe and graphing it in. What are the options for a subframe and what would be the recommendations. I would like rack and pinion and will be running a small block ford most likely but not set in stone.

What I have learned this week is that Fat Man’s is closed. So no sub-frame from them. I had one on order so now I am looking for plan B to add rack and pinion. I’m limited on changing engine to front sump, so need to move steering and crossmember components in my 55 Crown Vic. Lostn51- let me know if you find something.
