Get the one with the bushing spacer so the oil goes to the right spots

Thanks @ wheeltramp, I guess as long as it has those collars they work properly.
Big difference in price between Speedway brand and ARP brand, any different between them if they have the collars ?

Any piece of steel that's over a foot long, and will fit in your drill chuck, that you can grind the end to a flat shape, will work. It won't be perfect, but it'll get oil to the bearings.

Thanks @squirrel, my concern is without the collar one side of the engine won’t get oiled.

one of the lifter gallerys won't get oil, but the bearings will. I used an old long screwdriver blade for years for priming engines before I made one from an old distributor.

If you're really worried about it, get a distributor and cut it up.

If you have a junk distributor, you can take the drive gear off of it and weld a stud to the rotor end. Chuck it up in a drill and go.
