Hot Rods suicide doors on 32 Tudor

    You want to keep up with the kids... Do lambo doors ... Suicide doors are sooo dated... It's been done a bunch of times

    I have never understood the reasons behind doing suicide doors on cars that did not come that way. aren't modifications supposed to either make a car look or perform better? this seems like modification just for the sake of modification.

    I already commented on this so I will just add this tiny comment.
    I built a 1948 Chevy panel truck and tried to trick it out with shaved handles and a custom roll pan. This was about the time when 99% of the other Chevy trucks from 1947-54 were being suicide converted. Amazingly my panel truck is now different!
    I'm still on the fence why so many buy old vehicles because they are different and kool then make drastic changes!
    As they say "back in the day we did it to be different."
    A 39 Ford with 39 Ford tail lights is different now. By the way my 39 Ford does not have suicide doors either.
    There are people who'd sell their left nut for a nice 32 Ford with stock doors.
