i am putting a suicide front suspension om my hot rod and my radius rods run right in to my frame so i was wondering if you had to reinforce the frome where the tie rod end bolts to the frame and what about the angle of the axel for countersteer when do you set that tie rod end.JPG

Get an angle finder from home despot and put it on top of the kingpin. Set your anchor point at the back of the radius rod at the height of the end when the kingpin angle is leaning back 6-8 degrees (unless you plan on bending the beams to achieve the angle) Mine are below the frame about 1 1/2" and the ends are bolted. I think you can get tapered bungs to weld through your frame if you want to run the tie rod end setup.
