Thanks for your comments, Mike! Yeah, I don't know how many times I hit a snag and put a model aside for weeks, or even months! Looking forward to seeing your build pics. Coincidentally, I am gathering parts for a 1/8 scale early California supermodified (prior to the use of a track nose). It will have a cut up 3 window deuce body on a Big T frame as a basis.

I also took one of my vintage '36 wide fives and stuck an 8 bolt hub on it. It will also get one of the early small wings they started using in the early to mid 60s and diagonal cut piecrust slicks in the back. I will be bouncing back and forth between that and a 1/8 AA/FA Topolino.

Also, a friend on this site, (Ralph Henderson) is also building a 1/8 scale super with br*** and aluminum. You out there, Ralph??
