Getting back into models, great winter activity. I have a bunch of New in the box Johan MoPar stuff to get to but plan to practice on new stuff for a while to get my skills back before jumping into the rare stuff. Picked up some MoPar and Vette models from HL on their 40% off week to start with. I also have a ton of NOS Monogram models from the 80s, mainly MoPar muscle plus a few others such as. MPC, AMT, Revelle etc. to get too. Johan was always my favorite, I built their 69 RR model a ton of times. I have a few Resins too, mainly 65 Sport Fury’s I’ll try In the future.

Knocked this one out today. It’s a bit rough and not all the parts made their way on there…good enough.

Another one I've been working on.... a tribute to my dad's '56. Having a hard time coming up with more whitewalls that don't cost $30.00 with shipping.

I gotta start on my Revell 1/12th scale kit one of these days....
The one I have is molded in white styrene while the older Monogram versions were molded in black....:)

I have some decal sheets so old that the decals come off in pieces.
Can I copy them onto decal paper? If so, Hints and tricks appreciated.
    Thanks. John

A couple coats of Tamiya clear, TS13, will help hold them together if they aren't too bad.

Curious…… how do you guys do your side chrome and window trim. When I was a kid it was silver paint but as great as some of these creations are you must be doing some other way……thanks.
