I have a set of Supremes that were previously on a Ford, they have multi pattern holes so they fit all the way up to 5 on 5". I need to get lug nuts with shank. Prefer bullets to acorns. So-you Riv guys running Supremes, where do I go? I need LEFT hand threads for one side, RH for the other. Facts, not speculation, save Ryan's bandwith. Thank you all in advance.
