  1. an orginal 5 window 32 ford coupe...chopped and channeled over a deuce frame...found in storage since 1962!...STILL has original custom paint and pinstriping....story goes a young lot worker at a car joint in Northern Va/DC metro area recieved it from his mother stock in late 50s...drove it with a hopped up mill and mods...had a custom shop in Maryland do the body work and paint and got it back...never put it back together. Found its way to a owner in northern virginia...sat since then. Now resides in good hands 15 miles from its original home...
COME to the JALOPY SHOWDOWN saturday and CHECK IT OUT!!

man, that coupe is really sharp.... hope you will post more pics, and updates/progress as you work on it.

    what are your plans?

Are you gonna keep it channeled?

I think it'd be cool to keep it channeled, and (if it's as solid as it looks) run the body as-is with the old red paint...

    what's being done to it?

I agree... the look of it is right on just the way it is in the pictures

  28. Nice survivor.

You could always build a clone of Lynn Yakel's 5w.

    Yakel's Coupe was the shit.

There is another Deuce heading that way this weekend.... it's one that I am particularly excited about.
