Hot Rods Survivor 3 window help

Looking for an article
Was in either street rodder or rod n custom I THINK... was early 2000s, a weathered survivor not a cover car but an article. It was blue and fairly sure it was a 32, definitely a 3 window. Had flame licks on the bobbed rear fenders, maybe pie crust slicks on the rear but memory fails. Included a pic for rough reference

 

Was probably a shade lighter than that...
More along these lines but a survivor, rougher looking, bobbed rears. I think it may have gotten restored
