I really like the fact that it is different, not the same old cookie cutter "custom" that everyone else likes. I build stuff that I like and might offend some, but I know what I like without being told what is cool. That said...Rock On

  4. for all the non believers....the pics don't do it justice. Checked it out, and i was sportin' wood, and that had nothing to do with Chris being there

  5. Not a big fan of the Ford headlights - to me, they look out of place. Not sure what would look good, but the Ford units don't do it. Sorry...!

I'd go with an itty-bitty oval rear window personally, but the window-delete job on this makes it stand out in a good way!

Other than the headlights, the car is a neat project!

    That's unique. I love it.
It is a Lasalle. The prominent proboscis reminds us of that. I, too, think the headlights work with the grill, and kind of brings it all together.
    Great job.
Hmm, I could see it in navy blue.

I love it. Does no front bumper make you nervous with that grille? I'd be sweatin' that, I'd like a peaked front bumper on there, like a '40 Chrysler has. But I can't wait to see where this one is going. I like the headlights, I don't see what everyone dislikes about those, to me they're just right. Love the hardtopped roofline and the exhaust exits too.

There was alot of differences about the front, so I needed to see the car from a different angle.
I just made a quick sketch how I think it's going to be..

I think it's a good combi! The lines are great!;)

  29. Killer! The pics of it outside are even more impressive than when we saw it in the garage last year. Can't wait to see it finished.
