suspension help in Minnesota

Ok guys,

I need a couple things done that Im in need of some "professional" help

I need a 57 chev rear end shortended and need new springs.

with that caveat that the car remains as low as possible, but-still being able to change tires!!!

The car is a 54 plymouth Belvie 4 dr

any help/referals needed.
