How far from Austin is this? Is this a pretty big swap meet?? I'm in if it's better than that one at the horse track in Houston last month...ugh.

Bell County Expo Center is about an hour from Austin. I've never been to this meet, so I can't tell you how big it will be. The Expo Center is right beside I35, so just keep your eyes peeled for an exit that says 'Bell County Expo Center'.

It's about 60 miles North of Austin, right on 35.

It's, generally, not a very good swap. I'll probably still be there, though.

Is this the one that is put on by Danny from Little River Auto Wrecking? I know he has one at his place too, once or twice a year.

Danny hleps with it but it is not his swapmeet. This is a pretty good size meet and it's good. They have inside and outside spaces. It's worth going to if your in the area.

We are going, there is usually a very good book/magazine vendor there, maybe Cindy will find me a Christmas present!
I'm thinking about getting a space. I need to sell some stuff to make up for the last two cars I bought.
It's no Pate or Rosanky but about all there is going on in December car wise. Plus it's an hour from home.

May try to go Saturday. Anyone from Red Oak area going? Maybe we could meet up somewhere. Only takes about an hour to an hour and a half from here.

Might run up there...although I always come home empty handed and mad for driving so far for nothing....I just can't leave anything at chance.

I need 2 pidley pieces for my 41 pontiac. The script for the hood (one side) and any piece of side trim ( I only nee the 3 1/2 inch piece for one side of the cowl, but I can make it out of any of the 1 inch stainless side trim.)
I'll pay a bird dog fee if someone spots it and calls me, or gives my number to the vendor.
