Swap meet info for DFW HAMBers

SWAP meet info I rec'd today . Maybe someone can get to the good stuff before Bass does.
Hey, y'all! You may recall a few weeks ago I sent out an email detailing the Dallas Swap Meet new site as being held at the old Dallas Naval Air Station. The Dallas Swap Meet was the one that was previously held three times a year at the Ballpark in Arlington parking lot. If any of you had been watching the local news the Naval Air Station site had numerous environmental problems that was discovered after the city of Dallas purchased it and then Vought bought the site to build a facility so the swap meet sponsors lost their permit. Here is the new location. Unfortunately it is quite a drive for most of us but it is a scenic drive. It's where the Super Chevy shows are held and it is also where the NHRA drag Nationals are held. For the antique buffs you will see antique shops on the way as you pass through Midlothian and Waxahachie. Highway 287 south from I-20 will take you directly to the motorplex.
